As a transition from one broker/dealer to another can cause some anxiety, the Union Capital team of knowledgeable professionals will assist you in order to provide a smooth and efficient transition. We will guide you through our seamless conversion process,and provide a comprehensive outline of responsibilities and action steps throughout your conversion. A member of Union Capital’s operations team will be assigned to you to train you and your staff on our policies and procedures, and provide a hands-on orientation to our web-based products and services.

To provide a seamless conversion, Union Capital offers through our clearing firm free training courses for RRs/RIA or Hybrid RIA and their staff. You and your staff can attend classes and interact with trainers through the phone and/or online for quick training of your daily used web-based technology.

Some of the training initially recommended includes:

Gateway Infoworks – (45 minutes estimated length)
Betalink Order Entry or FC Weblink – (30 minutes estimated length)

To further guide you and your staff through the conversion, the training and support desk of our clearing firm as well as the support staff of Union Capital are available via telephone if you have a question that requires an immediate answer.

Online Training

Union Capital offers through its clearing firm over 75 free training courses monthly for RRs/RIA or Hybrid RIA and their staff. You and your staff can attend classes and interact with trainers through the phone and/or online.
